Hi there..

My name is Stacy Borroto and I’m glad you are here! I hope to have the opportunity to partner with you in your real estate endeavors.

I am a licensed real estate Broker located in Orange County, California. Whether a first time home buyer, a young family looking for a house to make a home, empty nester looking to downsize or a savvy investor, I love bringing people and real estate together. 

I would describe myself as honest, hard working, creative, loving, and caring. I love being a part of a real estate transaction I feel such gratification knowing that I was able to help someone accomplish a life event such as buying or selling a home. So many memories are made in a home, I love knowing that I had a small part to do with something so big. As a mother of three young, energetic kids I know what hard work, time management, proper planning and patience truly are acquired skills which transcend to my business and work ethic.

I am a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. I am constantly participating in both online and live training courses and mentoring programs to enhance my skills and knowledge.  I am an entrepreneur at heart and I take great pride in being different from your typical Realtor. My vision is to help you create your own ‘NEST’ in Orange County and build your real estate portfolio in one of the most sought after places to live in the world. 

I was born and raised in Orange County, California. I recognize that I am extremely fortunate to live in sunny Southern California and that people travel from all over to vacation here. There is no other place I’d rather live and raise a family. I have been married to my husband, Mario for over 13 years now. He is the sweetest man you will ever meet, he is funny, kind, generous and extremely handsome too. He is my best friend and supports me in everything I do and I am blessed to be his wife. We have three crazy – awesome fun loving kids. Blayze is 11 and her name suits her. Bravo our son is 9 and he is our little sweetheart. Brieze is 7 years old and the baby of the bunch. We are truly blessed.

Besides my family and real estate, I love my morning coffee, day trips to the beach, date nights, painting, decorating on a budget, and exploring new restaurants, snuggling with my kids in bed, listening to music, and enjoying the moment.
